Celebrating 20 Years with 36 Synchronised Screens
ENAC (EPFL) organised an exhibition to mark their 20 years of activity. We designed an immersive scenography featuring 36 connected synchronised screens that physically and thematically defined different areas of the exhibition and research. These screens served as both exhibition displays and spatial organizers, guiding visitors through the space.
In collaboration with GarageCube, we featured a continuous, contemplative video on the screens, showcasing a thousand archive ENAC lab files—ranging from rough site footage to completed projects. Surrounded by these screens, the exhibition invited 60 labs to present their results at the Swiss Tech Center.
The labs were categorised into four sections, each corresponding to thematic work fields. We delineated each section with a row of screens, which outlined the exhibition area. Each section was distinguished by a specific color, name, and the placement of display tables within the screen space.
