We designed a modular, custom-made furniture system to welcome visitors and prospective students to HEAD – Genève for its 2024 Open Days. The furniture was created with the goal of being assembled and disassembled each year for future editions of the event. 

The table comes in two versions: a simple version that includes a desk surface and a shelf for displaying editions and posters, or to which a thin wooden panel can be attached for signage to guide visitors.

The double version is arranged in an “L” shape, featuring three table tops at two different levels to accommodate a variety of users. 

Constructed using lightweight metal profiles and an ISO metric screw-and-nut system, the custom-made reception desk is designed to be compatible with the existing table tops used by the client, reducing both economic and material costs for the display.
